EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF INDEPENDENT LIVING
Keri brings robust experience and a deep commitment to excellence as a dedicated leader in healthcare and senior living. With over two decades in senior living operations and management, Keri is known for her collaborative approach. As Executive Director, Keri is focused on strengthening community culture where residents feel empowered, families feel confident, and team members are inspired to make a meaningful difference every day.
Kim Selzer
MARKETING CONSULTANT OF INDEPENDENT LIVING
As the Marketing Consultant at Vista Winds, I feel like I’ve come full circle—doing what I love most: helping people! I’m originally from Iowa, where I picked up my strong work ethic, Midwest charm, and love for community. Arizona’s been home for years now, and I’ve spent most of my career in business, healthcare, and senior living. On my days off, you’ll find me with family, good friends, and my four dogs. My motto? “Bring the Sunshine Inside!” You’ll often catch me out and about in the community, connecting with residents, welcoming new families, or lending a hand to make life here even better.
Janine Ondigo
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY SUPPORT
Jae is the Director of Assisted Living and Memory Support at Vista Winds. As a nurse, she has a deep passion for working with seniors, especially in assisted living and dementia care, and has loved listening to their stories and creating an environment where residents feel safe, respected, and loved. She believes that when a team feels appreciated and enjoys coming to work, it directly enhances the care provided to residents. Outside of work, Jae cherishes time with her family, including her husband of 25 years, their three wonderful children, and a beautiful granddaughter. She also enjoys photography, playing the piano, and spending time at the beach. With her family’s support, she has been able to follow her heart into senior living, where she continues to make a meaningful impact.
